Living up to its name and giving gravitas to its meaning, Trust No One is the straw that broke the camel's back for me and DevilDriver; where before the odd misstep could be forgiven, with this album I went from expecting good new releases from the band to no longer having trust in their quality.

Overwatcher, MS Xena, crumbled him in no time. MS needs you to kill the boredom in here.

I know. It's a cliche eyesore. The music is actually decent though. Not amazing, but enjoyable enough.

How does it compare with their other albums? My problem with DevilDriver is they have what is possibly the most generic sound in existence, so they have to absolutely knock it out of the park like they did with The Fury Of Our Maker's Hand (IMO one of the best groove metal albums ever) to actually keep me interested.

If you're wanting something on par with that, you'll probably be disappointed. However, I will say that I think it's their best since The Last Kind Words. There isn't as much filler as the last three had.
