Antaeus - New Album Coming, Details Unveiled

Ten years after they released their last album Blood Libels, Antaeus rise from the dead with a new album this year. The French black metallers have announced Condemnation as the title of the album which will come out on November 18th, 2016 via Norma Evangelium Diaboli. Omnium Gatherum - Introduce New Drummer

Omnium Gatherum have a new drummer. Jarmo Pikka is out after many years and Tuomo Latvala is joining the band as a full-time drummer after one year of solid prospect member service. Tuomo is a drumming instructor at his private drum school in Turku (Southwest Finland), and currently plays also in Torture Killer. He has previously played in such bands as Demigod and Hateform. The Finns collectively thank and salute Jarmo Pikka for 18 years of service and brotherhood.

Novembers Doom - To Enter The Studio

After being quiet for a while, Novembers Doom will re-enter the studio to record their tenth studio album, due out in 2017 via The End Records. Starting on October 21st, the band will record with Chris Djuricic (Jungle Rot, Malevolence) at Belle City Sound in Racine, Wisconsin, before sending the album to metal legend Dan Swanö (Opeth, Dissection, Katatonia) for mixing.

Roadburn 2017 - First Bands, Warning Performing 'Watching From A Distance'

Get ready, Roadburn enthusiasts because next year's edition is already shaping up nicely! The first announcement was made today and Coven will perform their first ever European show (and the band's first show at all in decades); John Dyer Baizley will be their 2017 curator and Baroness will perform on the main stage as part of his curation; Warning will perform Watching From A Distance in full; GNOD will celebrate their tenth anniversary as their artist in residence. Plus, Zeal And Ardor, Pillorian, Perturbator, Schammasch, Les Discrets and last but not least Oranssi Pazuzu will be performing on the Main Stage (good news for those who missed out this year).

The Ferrymen - Magnus Karlsson And Ronnie Romero's New Project

Frontiers Music Srl is bringing about another new project. Guitarist Magnus Karlsson (Magnus Karlsson's Free Fall, Primal Fear) and Ronnie Romero (Lords Of Black, Rainbow) are working on a brand new project album together, entitled The Ferrymen. Musically, you can expect an overdose of melodic metal melting the songwriting and epics of the great Allen/Lande records with the Ronnie James Dio-esque vocal approach from Ronnie Romero.

French black metal gods Deathspell Omega recently confirmed that they will release their new album, The Synarchy Of Molten Bones, on November 8th via Norma Evangelium Diaboli. Suicide Silence - New Album Coming In February 2017

Suicide Silence are releasing a new album next year! The deathcore band now fronted by Eddie Hermida released You Can't Stop Me back in 2014 but their new and self-titled record is dropping next year in February. The album has been completed and on SiriusXM this weekend, the band officially revealed that their fifth studio album was produced by Ross Robinson.

White Zombie - Frontman Explains Why There Will Be No Reunion

The subject of a White Zombie reunion was the result of frontman Rob Zombie's recent performance of the band's final album Astro Creep: 2000 - Songs Of Love, Destruction And Other Synthetic Delusions Of The Electric Head (1995) live in its entirety at Chicago's Riot Fest, which took place last weekend. However, Rob told in a recent interview that the reason a White Zombie reunion hasn't happened is because "there's no reason to do it."

Benighted - Complete New Album Recordings

Good news for Benighted fans just in! The French death metal machine has finished the recording process for their next crushing full-length at Germany's renowned Kohlekeller Studio. According to the band, the forthcoming album and successor to Carnivore Sublime will be their "most brutal and sickest work of violence yet". The release is expected in early 2017.
