Insomnium - Nick Cordle Announced As Stand-In Guitarist For Tour

Earlier this year, Insomnium announced a new North American tour. However, guitarist Ville Friman will not be joining the melodic death metallers on this trek due to his very busy work schedules. In fact, the stand-in guitarist for the whole tour will be Nick Cordle (Sanctuary, ex-Arch Enemy, ex-Arsis).

Venomous Concept - Join Season Of Mist, New Album Coming

Venomous Concept are still active. The international grindcore punk "supergroup" will release its next record via their new label Season Of Mist. Finally and after too long of a quiet spell, the band decided that it was time for more music. They got together with a bunch of ideas, which they had recorded in demo form here and there, on tour, and in various rehearsal studios. The grinders recorded a new album during 2014, which sees the band continue in their trademark hardcore punk styles - with the added bonus of compositions by Lilker and Cooke.

My Dying Bride - New Album Details, Coming In September

My Dying Bride's newest opus and 12th full studio album is coming and will be called Feel The Misery, set for release on September 18th via Peaceville Records. Soilwork - Welcome New Bassist

Soilwork have announced a line-up change. The melodic death metallers, who are about to release a new album called The Ride Majestic, have a new bassist. As of this new album cycle, the band is joined by new bassist Markus Wibom, formerly of Helsingborg hardcore group Hearts Alive. Wibom replaces longtime bassist Ola Flink, who has amicably left the group to focus on other endeavors.
