Blues Pills - Debut New Video

Swedish retro rockers Blues Pills have premiered online the second video off Lady In Gold, their newest output released recently by Nuclear Blast Records. After "Lady In Gold", the song chosen this time is the ballad "I Felt A Change". You can watch how the video turned out below.

Emperor - Reunite To Play Shows In 2017

Norwegian black metallers Emperor are set to reunite in 2017 in order to play a few exclusive appearances, the first confirmed show being at the Brutal Assault festival in the Czech Republic. The band will play numbers from their highly-acclaimed 1997 record, Anthems To The Welkin At Dusk, to celebrate its 20th anniversary, and will consist of band members Ihsahn, Samoth and Trym Torson, who was a member of the band up until 2007. These shows, however, do not give indication of whether or not Emperor are set to reunite as a permanent band.

The Sword - To Release Acoustic Album

Following 9 months of touring in support of their latest record, High Country, The Sword have returned to the studio to experiment with a stripped down acoustic presentation of the High Country songs. The result, produced by Bryan Richie and mixed by J. Robbins, is Low Country which will see a worldwide release on September 23rd. The album features cover art by Richey Beckett, available below. To support Low Country, the band will be heading out as direct support for the Opeth tour from September 29-October 26. Bracketing the Opeth tour will be 10 headline shows. The first leg, September 23-28 will feature Ruby The Hatchet as support. The second leg, October 28th through November 1st will feature C Average as support.

Kobra And The Lotus - Sign Deal With Napalm Records For Double Album

Canadian band Kobra And The Lotus have signed a worldwide deal with Napalm Records. Their fourth album and Napalm Records debut Prevail I plus II will be released as two separate volumes of a double album. The first part will be released in February 2017 with the second part to follow in October of 2017. But don't worry, you won't have to wait that long to hear new material from the band, as they will be releasing a new single very soon! More info on Prevail I + II will be announced shortly!

Brazilians Almah have just revealed the details regarding the fifth album of their career. It's called E.V.O and drops on September 23rd via King Records (Japan), Pride & Joy (Europe), Test Your Metal (U.S./Canada/Mexico) and MS Metal Records (Brazil).
