Urarv - New Album Streaming Online

Norwegian ambitious avantgardists Urarv, which mix black metal into their music, have released a new mini-album, Argentum, on June 1st via Svart Records. But the band is offering a full listen of the release at this location. Urarv ("Ancient Heritage") is the new project spearheaded by avantgarde metal stalwart Björn Aldrahn Dencker of Dødheimsgard, The Deathtrip and Thorns fame. Check it out!

Vallenfyre - Breaking Up

The Skull - New Song Streaming Online

Doom metal legend Eric Wagner and his The Skull are back with a heavy new song and new album. The Endless Road Turns Dark will drop on September 7th via Tee Pee Records. The LP was recorded in Chicago's Decade Music Studios with engineer Sanford Parker (Yob, Tombs) and builds on the foundation laid by the debut album, For Those Which Are Asleep. Baruk Khazad - Line-Up Changes

Luleå metalheads Baruk Khazad have had some line-up changes. Vocalist Anton Franzén decided to leave band in a April this year. Now the band's guitarist Marcus Eitzenberger, aka Sharp Axe, will take over vocal duties and the band will be a four piece.

Wayfarer - To Tour With Krallice, Stream New Album

American sludge metallers Sin Of Angels announced that their former guitarist Todd Laskowski has died. He was born in May 19th and died on the same day, May 19th, 2018. He was also part of U.S. doom metallers Warhorse from 1996-2001.

Battlezone - Former Guitarist Dies

Singer Paul D'Anno fronted the band Battlezone until they broke up in 1998. Sadly, they have now lost their former guitarist from the original line-up, John Hurley. He played guitars on their debut album, Fighting Back, which was released in 1986.
