As they prepare to unleash Voices Of Fire, German a cappella metal band Van Canto has unveiled another tune from it. The official video for the battle hymn "The Bardcall" can be seen below. The track will appear on the group's new album, which will be released on March 11th via earMUSIC. The official music video holds a special surprise to fans: two guest appearances by actor John Rhys-Davies ("Lord of the Rings") who on the album guides the listener through the story of Van Canto's music as a narrator and of course fantasy author Christoph Hardebusch.

German outfit Scorpions have some exciting news for their fans. Their new album Return To Forever will be re-released as CD+2DVD Tour Edition on March 11th. After last year's massive sold-out world tour, the band is back to rock stages even harder. English heavy metal icons Judas Priest will release a new live album/DVD/Blu-ray this year. Entitled Battle Cry, it will be available on March 25th, 2016 and was recorded live on August 1st, 2015 at Germany's Wacken Open Air festival in front of an audience of 85,000 people. It shall be available on a 15-track CD, with the entire show on Blu-ray and DVD (running over 94 minutes), as well as digital audio and video formats. The DVD and Blu-ray also contains three bonus tracks shot in Poland on December 10th, 2015 at The Ergo Arena, Gdańsk, Poland. The setlist features a few songs from their latest album Redeemer Of Souls and many classics as well.
