Sons Of Apollo - Launch New Video, Announce European Shows

Proggers Sons Of Apollo have recently released the Vicente Cordero-directed video for "Alive" from their debut album, Psychotic Symphony. You can now watch it here. In touring news, the band launched their world tour in Tampa, Florida at the beginning of February as part of the "Cruise To The Edge." Sons Of Apollo have also added European headline dates, in addition to the already announced Summer festivals plus extensive North American shows.

Blood Tsunami - To Release New Album, Share Song

Norwegian death/thrash metallers Blood Tsunami featuring ex-Emperor drummer Faust in their ranks finally return with a new album! Grave Condition, the band's fourth full-length offering, will be released on 27th April 2018 via Soulseller Records on CD, vinyl and digitally. The opening track "Poison Tongue" is already streaming online.

Dimmu Borgir - Premiere New Video And Song

After more than seven years of silence, symphonic black metallers Dimmu Borgir mark their return and unveil the first song of their new full-length album, Eonian, due to be released on May 4th via Nuclear Blast. This first track off the new record "Interdimensional Summit" comes with a music video shot by Patric Ullaeus, who had previously worked with the band for the clips of "Progenies of the Great Apocalypse", "Sorgens Kammer - Del II" and the award-winning "The Serpentine Offering". Kataklysm - Reveal New Album Cover And Tracklist

Kataklysm have completed work on their latest effort, Meditations, the soon to be released which consists of 10 blistering tracks. Produced by the band's own guitarist J-F Dagenais and drummer Oli Beaudoin, the record was mixed by Jay Ruston (Anthrax, Stone Sour). Meditations marks the return to old work ethics. All four band members wrote and composed together under the same roof for the first time in over a decade and returned to the old days of songwriting efforts. See the cover artwork, created by Ocvlta Designs by Surtsey, who also crafted the artwork for the previous record, Of Ghosts And Gods.

Behemoth - Announce New Live DVD Release

Polish death metallers Behemoth just announced a new DVD and Blu-ray release. Messe Noire will be available on April 13th, 2018 and the pre-orders are now live here. Messe Noire includes the band's shows in Warsaw, Poland on October 8th, 2016 and Brutal Assault 2016 as well as The Satanist cinematic archive featuring all official videos associated with the band's successful record of the same name.

Northward - Floor Jansen And Jørn Viggo Lofstad's Project To Release Debut

It was during the 'All Star Jam' at Progpower USA Festival in 2007 that current Nightwish singer Floor Jansen and Pagan's Mind guitarist Jørn Viggo Lofstad spontaneously joined forces on stage for some cover songs and noticed the creative magic between them. Although the two musicians had never met before, they soon discovered their mutual love for stripped down hard rock and decided to write some songs together. In 2008 still barely knowing each other, they composed an entire album's worth of material in next to no time. But due to their tight schedules with their main bands, their new project named Northward never found its way into the spotlight - until this day! They will release their debut album, coming through Nuclear Blast, with more details soon to be unveiled.

Underøath - To Release New Album, Debut Song

After reuniting in 2015, Underøath are now releasing a new album! Erase Me will be out this April 6th via Fearless Records to follow 2010's Ø (Disambiguation). But the metalcore group has already released the first single from it. It's called "On My Teeth" and you can watch the video for it below.

Amorphis - Unveil New Album Title, Cover, Release Date

The Finns Amorphis have finally finished recording their upcoming new studio album, revealed to be entitled Queen Of Time. The record is scheduled for a May 18th release, via Nuclear Blast. In comparison to its predecessor, Under The Red Cloud (2015), the album will include the use of real strings, flutes, orchestral arrangements and even choirs! In addition, this will be the first time that people will be able to hear their lyricist Pekka Kainulainen on the album as he contributes a speech in Finnish. The band just unveiled some more details on the production, the album title, the album cover and on working with their new/old bassist Olli-Pekka Laine. The band will soon release their first single.

Midnattsol - Share New Album First Details And Teaser

At the end of last year, Midnattsol revealed that singer Liv Kristine of Leaves' Eyes and Theatre Of Tragedy fame (and Carmen Elise Espenæs' sister) had joined their ranks. They also said that their new album was in the works. Now we know that the album is complete and will be called The Aftermath with a confirmed release date set for May 25th 2018. Bruce Lamont - Premieres New Track

Seven years in the making, a new Bruce Lamont solo record entitled Broken Limbs Excite No Pity will be out on March 23rd through War Crime Recordings stateside and My Proud Mountain overseas. Lamont is best known as the leader of the Chicago experimental jazz-metal group Yakuza. The first track released off his second solo album is "Goodbye Electric Sunday," starring Jason Balla of Ne-Hi. Gus G. - New Album Details Unveiled

After announcing that he joined the AFM Records roster, Gus G. now unveils the details of his upcoming new studio album. The guitarist is set to release his new album, titled Fearless, on April 20th. Fearless is the successor to 2015's Brand New Revolution and marks the Firewind mastermind's first release since exiting Ozzy Osbourne's band in 2017. On this new album, Gus joins forces with vocalist/bassist Dennis Ward (Pink Cream 69/Unisonic) and drummer Will Hunt (Evanescence, Black Label Society).
