Dawnless - Release New Album

Swiss metallers Dawnless have announced Beyond The Shade, the band's third album to date. It was made available for public purchase via iTunes back in January 31st, and you may get the album right here. Beyond The Shade was originally planned to be released three years ago but was postponed. If you recall, Dawnless have released the first single off Beyond The Shade last year, and it was titled Life Maze.

Myrath - Unleash New Video

After some teasing, Myrath have finally unleashed the highly-anticipated first video of their upcoming album, Legacy, for the track "Believer." That came as a surprise to many, as the band promised to reveal the video only two days from now. The Franco-Tunisian proggers have promised a "Prince of Persia"-esque theme for "Believer" and its video, and that is exactly what we get. Riverside - Announce New Single

Polish proggers Riverside have just named their newest single off their latest album Love, Fear And The Time Machine, and it'll be Time Travellers. The Polish quartet has yet to announce the release date, nor the featuring tracks, but they have already shared the artwork for the single, as you can see below. "Time Travellers" is one of the tracks featured on their most recent record.

Native Construct - Gear And Passports Stolen On Tour

Up-and-coming progressive metallers Native Construct have some bad news to share. Their gear, alongside with their passports, laptops and other personal belongings, were stolen from their van in San Antonio, Texas. This occurred in the midst of their North American tour that was due to be continued in Canada, but unfortunately, the band is forced to withdraw from the scheduled concerts across Canada with Between The Buried And Me, Enslaved and Intronaut.

Bruce Dickinson - To Release Memoir In 2017

Bruce Dickinson, one of the most renowned vocalists in metal and the frontman of Iron Maiden, will soon release his very own memoir. Bruce has recently signed a deal with HarperCollins Nordic for his memoir, which will be released on hardbook, ebook and audiobook in Fall 2017, whilst the paperback version is tentatively scheduled to be released in 2018. The book will be written during Iron Maiden's extensive The Book Of Souls 2016 tour. His book will be a memoir like none other, taking in his thirty years with Maiden, his solo career, the weird and wonderful places and situations he's found himself in, and his recent battle with cancer.

Tony Kakko - Releases New Christmas Music Video

Christmas is drawing near, and the Sonata Arctica frontman, Tony Kakko, has been busy with the annually-assembled Finnish supergroup Raskasta Joula ('Heavy Christmas'), to whom he is an active contributor since 2006, on recreating the famous Christmas carol "Pieni Rumpali" ("Little Drummer Boy"). The supergroup is known to be a gathering of Finnish metal vocalists like Tony, Nightwish's Marco Hietala, ex-Celesty's Antti Railio, ex-Charon's Juha-Pekka Leppäluoto, ex-Kiuas's Ilja Jalkanen and many more. This new video also, pleasantly enough, introduces a new kind of Finnish metal star: Apocalyptica's Eicca Toppinen, playing the cello. Enjoy the peaceful tune below.
