You gotta see Today Is The Day. I still remember their set from my first time at Roadburn. They were supposed to play for an hour. Many people, included myself, were actually happy that they ended 20 mins earlier. It was just too intense. D:

Does this festival sell out as fast as the others? Because I promised myself I'd do a major festival next year, and this looks tastier and less expensive than Hellfest.

Well this is only its second year, though it did eventually sell out for the first one. Not straight away though. You'd have to sort out accommodation too as it's not a camping type festival. Hostels will probably all go pretty fast.

I suppose you could wild camp, though Bristol is hardly in the wild =p I'm hoping my house mate's friend will put me up again though that's hardly set in stone. He might have gone traveling so I can't offer you possible accommodation there.

I wouldn't have asked, but now that you brought it up, if there is a possibility, keep me in the loop. I good cook, I good clean, I fun at parties and I bring gifts from home country, only top quality carpets.

Oh I just meant you already had to look for your own accommodation, must be hard enough, and that you didn't have to worry about me finding a couch to crash on that much. I wasn't really planning on waking up in Brighton and walking to Bristol twice in a week-end. But congrats on the flat though! Great news! Happy for ya.

I thought this year's line-up was great enough, but this is almost better already !!! Not a single band I wouldn't consider seeing, most of them being downright killer ! I keeps an eye on this one.

Woop! Awesome, this'll be a great weekend. Rachel might come to Bristol but I doubt she'd be interested in the festival. At any rate I'm about to part with over £1000 to secure a flat so even thinking about hotels at the moment is out of the question. I'm gonna keep my fingers crossed that this doesn't sell out in the next few months as I won't be able to afford basically anything until I get a job.

Get that flat, and get that job. I am joining you in your prayers because I won't be able to get the fest ticket before October/November. Plane tickets can't be bought earlier than three months before the event. But the hotels can be booked before that. I suppose we'll see about all this during the fall.
