As they had previously revealed, French doomsters Monolithe are working on new material. 2015 will mark a new chapter in Monolithe's history. Leprous - In The Studio, New Album In 2015

The Norwegian progsters Leprous are back in the studio working on the follow-up album to 2013's acclaimed latest release Coal. Even though the new opus is still untitled, it is expected for a May 2015 release via InsideOutMusic. Good news all around! Dying Fetus - Returning To The Studio In The Spring

Two years have passed since their last album Reign Supreme and now it looks like 2015 might bring a new Dying Fetus album. Drummer Trey Williams says in a recent interview that the brutal death metal trio will begin recording a new album next spring. Iron Maiden - Hint At Return To The Studio

Iron Maiden's last album was The Final Frontier released back in 2010. But the band's next album could be in the works. In a Christmas card sent out to members of their fan club, and signed by the band members, the legendary heavy metallers hinted that a new studio album is looming on the horizon. The card features the band's mascot Eddie emerging from the studio along with a sign saying "Uroton 51." Some fans have interpreted the message "Uroton 51" to mean "On Tour 15".

Riverside - Confirmed For Night Of The Prog, To Enter Studio

Good things come to those who wait, they say. Well, in the case of proggers Riverside, you didn't have to wait that long. The band has been working on new material and will be entering the studio in March 2015. So, the successor of Shrine Of New Generation Slaves and the band's 6th album is in the works! Cattle Decapitation - To Enter The Studio

Cattle Decapitation have been hard at work preparing new material and are finally ready to begin recording the follow-up to Monolith Of Inhumanity. The San Diego deathgrinders will be returning to Dave Otero's Flatline Audio studio in Colorado. Otero was at the helm for both of the band's previous albums. Also, the group is giving fans one final chance to see them live, and to hear new songs, before they begin to track their upcoming album with some shows in January. Megadeth - Enter Studio In January, To Auction Decades Of Tour Memorabilia

Megadeth's frontman Dave Mustaine has recently revealed that the band is gearing up to start recording the follow-up to 2013's Super Collider album. Speaking to the "Classic Rock Magazine Show", at Classic Rock Roll Of Honour event at the Avalon in Hollywood, California, Mustaine said: "We're commencing the writing process right now and we're going to start [recording] in January of next year. We'll be touring in August with a very huge English metal band in the States and South America, and we're hoping to get our record out sometime in the summer."

Skinless - Enter The Studio, New Album Planned For 2015
