Aosoth - New EP Trailer Online

French black metallers Aosoth have released a new trailer for their upcoming new EP entitled Our Crown Of Sins, due out mid-January 2012 via Inferna Profundus Records. The trailer can be viewed below. Our Crown Of Sins will be released on 50 grams black "7 EP, limited to 500 copies with 100 copies containing an A3 sized poster. Power Quest - New Tour Dates Announced

Following a successful first show with new vocalist Colin Callanan in Wakefield in November, UK power metallers Power Quest are pleased to announce they will be returning to Europe in March 2012 as special guests of German power metal legends Freedom Call. Prior to that tour, Power Quest will be starting 2012 by headlining Day 1 of the Arctic Festival in London, at the Bridgehouse2, on Friday, January 6th, 2012.

Amaseffer - Guitarist Announces New Project

Yuval Kramer, producer and guitarist for Israeli prog metal band Amaseffer has announced a new project ­­- Reign Of The Architect; a new sci-fi saga, featuring some well-known guest musicians and vocalists, as well as introducing fresh, new talents. Reign Of The Architect is an international collaboration started by Mauricio Bustamante, Mexican drummer, and Yuval Kramer himself. It has been in production for the last 4 years. In 2010, Mauricio joined Yuval in Jerusalem, Israel, to finally begin recording their mutual effort.

Goatwhore - Reveal New Album Title And Release Date

US black/death metallers Goatwhore have announced in a recent interview to Decibel magazine that their upcoming album will be entitled Blood For The Master and that it will be released on February 14th in North America via Metal Blade Records. The album was recorded at Mana Recording Studios in St. Petersburg, Florida, with producer with Erik Rutan.

Saturnus - Sign With Cyclone Empire Records

Cyclone Empire Records press release:

Cyclone Empire Records has announced the signing of Denmark's Saturnus. The band's new album will be released in spring, 2012. Saturnus made some necessary changes to their lineup in 2009 and started to seriously concentrate on rebuilding the bands inner structure which in turn led to them recording a demo of some new songs which was then sent to various labels. The band were back on the road towards recording and releasing a new album and in bringing the bands sound back to their loyal fans.

Lacuna Coil - New Album Teaser Posted Online

Italian gothic metallers Lacuna Coil have posted online a new album teaser entitled "Chapter I: The Injected", from the upcoming album Dark Adrenaline, due to be released via Century Media Records on January 24th, 2012. The video will be the first of six conceptual teaser clips to be released by the band before the album release.

Cannabis Corpse - Lose Two Members

US death metallers Cannabis Corpse have announced that vocalist Andy "Weedgrinder" Horn and guitarist Nick "Nikropolis" Poulos have left the band.

The band posted the following statement on their Facebook page: "Yo Yo Cannabis Corpse fans, good news and bad news. Bad news: "Weedgrinder" and "Nikropolis" have decided to leave Cannabis Corpse. We wish them luck on their future endeavors. Good news: Cannabis Corpse will continue to play shows and put out killer death metal with a new line up."

Hammerslag Vinterblot 2012 - Line-Up Announced

The Hammerslag Vinterblot 2012 festival will take place in Tønsberg, Norway, between February 17-18 next year and the line-up has been announced. Nidingr, Harm, Framferd (extended show) and Gospel Of Grief will hit the stage on February 17th and Ragnarok, Iskald, Darkthrone Tribute, Dauden and Exterior are confirmed for February 18th.

Hammerslag Vinterblot is a festival for the extreme metal scene (black, death, grind, thrash). The name "Hammerslag" means Hammerstroke and is taken from Darkthrone's Sardonic Wrath album.

Ministry - Sign With AFM Records, Unveil New Album Cover Art

US industrial metal veterans Ministry have signed a worldwide deal with AFM Records. The band will release their highly-anticipated comeback album Relapse on March 3rd, 2012. Prior to the album, Ministry have released a digital single, entitled "99%" on December 23rd, 2011, now available on iTunes. Currently, Al Jourgensen is finalizing the last mixes on the new material. In the meantime, the band revealed the new album cover art, which can be seen below.
