Stream Of Passion - Disbanding, To Record Farewell DVD

Sadly for their fans, Stream Of Passion have announced today that they are calling it quits at the end of the year to pursue other musical projects. Since their inception in 2005, the Dutch symphonic metallers released four albums, A War Of Our Own (2014) being their latest. Now they are saying goodbye but will do farewell shows before and record a DVD. So, make the best of it!

In Flames - Working On New Album

In Flames are hard at work on their new album! The Swedes latest offering was 2014's Siren Charms. Now, vocalist Anders Fridén has confirmed that the band is working on album number 12 and has been recording new material. It still remains to be seen who their new drummer will be as Daniel Svensson quit the band in 2015.

Sonata Arctica - Announce Headlining North American Tour

Finnish melodic metal quintet Sonata Arctica has started to work on the follow-up album to the 2014' Pariah's Child record. To top off the already great news, the band has announced that they will return this fall for a 33-date headlining tour of North America. The kick-off show is slated for November 6th at The Fillmore in Charlotte, NC. Supporting the band will be German-Norwegian symphonic metallers Leaves' Eyes and Finnish melodic death metallers Omnium Gatherum as opening act on this tour.
