Skyforger - New Song Streaming Online

Today Skyforger release online the first song from their new album Senprūsija (which means Old Prussia). This song is called "Tagad vai nekad", or in English "Now Or Never". If you like what you hear, the album will be out on the 6th of April, 2015 via the band's own Thunderforge Records. Enjoy!

Whitesnake - Song From New Album Streaming Online

As you probably know by now, Whitesnake will return with The Purple Album, their first new studio album in four years. The hard rock icons will release the record in Europe on May 15th, the UK on May 18th and in North America on May 19th via Frontiers Music Srl. The album is a re-imagination of classic songs from David Coverdale's time as the lead singer for Deep Purple. Winterfylleth - New Box Set On The Way

There will be a new Winterfylleth boxset available soon, released by Candlelight Records. The British atmospheric black metallers just announced that it will be entitled The Fathers Of Albion: An Anthology 2007 - 2013. A retrospective of Winterfylleth's early demos, folk songs and studio albums: including all of the band's recorded material prior to the release of the critically acclaimed 2014 album, The Divination Of Antiquity. It also features up to date and remastered editions of the band's first 3 albums, as well as all the early demos, splits and extras. So, basically you get it all in one box!

Black Sabbath - To Play Farewell Show At Ozzfest Japan 2015

Black Sabbath will close out Ozzfest Japan in Makuhari Messe outside Tokyo in Japan on November 22nd. The announcement was made by Sharon Osbourne who calls it their "farewell." Last year, frontman Ozzy Osbourne said that the next Sabbath album, the follow-up to 2013's 13, would be their last with a tour to go with it. So far, no other dates have been announced and there's been no mention of the album being ready.

Savn - Announce First Ever Live Show

Norwegian band Savn will make their live debut this year after releasing their self-titled debut in 2014. The symphonic gothic metallers have announced their first ever live concert. It will take place at Brynerocken on the 4th of September in Bryne, Norway! Savn is fronted by Midnattsol singer Carmen Elise Espenæs and also features Anders Thue and Stig Johansen of The Sins Of Thy Beloved fame.

Krisiun - In The Studio, New Album Update

The Brazilian brutal death metal machine Krisiun have entered Mana Recording in Saint Petersburg, Florida to begin recording their new album. The production on the album is being handled by Erik Rutan, who has previously worked with such bands as Cannibal Corpse, Nile, Six Feet Under, Hate Eternal, and others. He also produced Krisiun's Conquerors Of Armageddon album back in 1999. The successor of The Great Execution should arrive this year.

DevilDriver - Recruit New Guitarist

DevilDriver endured a couple of departures over the past year. Original members, drummer John Boecklin and guitarist Jeff Kendrick, decided to leave but now the American metallers have announced that Neal Tiemann is their new guitarist. Frontman Dez Fafara, now busy with Coal Chamber, revealed via Instagram that the band is also writing new music.

Paradise Lost have revealed the cover artwork that will grace their opus number fourteen The Plague Within, which comes out on June 1st in Europe and June 2nd in North America via Century Media. The cover artwork was created by the Polish artist, illustrator and architect Zbigniew M. Bielak, best known in the musical realm for his record cover illustrations, which among others include meticulously handcrafted artworks of Watain, Ghost or Entombed A.D. albums. Opeth - Announce More 25th Anniversary Shows

At the end of last year, Opeth announced a special 25th anniversary show at the London Palladium on the 18th of October 2015 where they will be playing two sets, including Ghost Reveries in its entirety (which in turn is celebrating its 10th anniversary), plus a second set of classics from their 25-year career. Zakk Wylde - To Release 'Book Of Shadows II'

Barbaranne Wylde, the wife of Black Label Society leader and former Ozzy Osbourne guitarist Zakk Wylde, who also helps run Zakk's career as his as his co-manager, has revealed to Examiner.com that the guitarist/vocalist will enter the studio after his Unblackened spring 2015 tour to record "Book Of Shadows Volume II" for an early 2016 release. The output, which will be made available on the 20th anniversary of the original solo album Book Of Shadows will be followed by a world tour to support it.

Warbeast - Two New Members Join

Lineup changes are nothing new for Texas thrashers Warbeast. The Housecore Records band has once again added some new weaponry to their arsenal. This time they chose to bring in some young bloods to re-animate some fresh new life into their classic old-school style. Drew Shoup (20-years-old) is now the band's second guitarist while Lyric Ferchaud (17-years-old) will take over bass duties.
