Founded in early 2010, Ishtar is a french Black / Death band that gathers members primarily influenced by the mighty Dark Fortress, who decided to unite to create their own music.
The result being a cold Black / Death music as powerful as melodic that mixes blast passages with darker atmospheres.

Their first 6 track EP "From the Gates" has been released in August 2013 and the band is now ready to share its music on stage.
Note that Ishtar members come from the local scene of Paris and play in other bands such as Neptrecus, Septentrion or Cave Growl.
