Concept albums are funny things really; often set aside for 'serious' artists, you find them reserved for bands who are widely acknowledged to have a high degree of credibility. When it came out that Black Veil Brides had made their own one in Wretched And Divine: The Story Of The Wild Ones, I was a bit skeptical how a band as derided as they were/are could pull this off.
