Primal Fear - Cancel All Shows Due To Serious Illness
Unfortunate news from the Primal Fear camp. An undisclosed serious illness has sidelined the band for 2021 as well as 2022. All booked tour dates have been cancelled. More info coming soon.
Here is their message to the fans: "Dear fans and friends of Primal Fear. We deeply regret to inform you that due to a serious illness issue the band has to cancel all shows booked for 2021 and 2022. At the moment we are not able to foresee when the band will be able to continue what the love the most: playing shows. Please stay with us and we gonna inform you as soon as we have news. Stay healthy!"

This is really sad, I wonder if it's Ralf who's got sick? If it would be one of the other band members I'm pretty sure they would try to find a temporarily replacement

PRIMAL FEAR bassist and producer Mat Sinner says that he has spent the last eight months in eight different hospitals. The German 57-year-old German musician, whose real name is Matthias Lasch, shared his health update four months after PRIMAL FEAR announced it was scrapping all of its previously announced shows for 2021 and 2022 "due to a serious illness issue." Earlier today (Sunday, December 19), Mat took to his personal Facebook page to write: "After 8 Months in 8 different hospitals, target - home Feb 12,2022." He added: "Light a candle for me on Xmas, we have so many things to do".
