It's like Nick Cave left "Nick Cave and the Bad Seeds" :P Closest I remember is RPWL - the band's name is taken from first letters of members' surnames, two of them are not in the band anymore

@Vellichor Not saying that has never happened before but I don't recognize any such cases when the artist whose name is highlighted in the band left it and the band carried on
