The list

Ordered from highest position (top) to lowest (bottom). One album per line, should be entered with '|' delimiters:
Band | Album | Year (optional)

Year can be replaced with any additional notes (for example, style), they will appear in darker font.
When a year is given, it will be used to to distinguish releases with the same name by the same band (like an EP and an album) released in different years.
In cases where even the year does not help, the lowest album ID will take precedence. In these cases, it is recommended to use the 'id:' syntax described below.

Both bands and albums can also be linked through their ID. The syntax is id:94 where 94 is the respective band or album id.
For example, all of these will produce the same result:

Emperor | Anthems to the Welkin at Dusk | 1997
id:94 | Anthems to the Welkin at Dusk | 1997
id:94 | id:623 | 1997
Emperor | id:623 | 1997

To be linked to featured band/album/image, band and album names should be precisely the same as they appear on Metal Storm. The best way is to use copy/paste, or import from your Collection. Use the 'Check linking' button below to check if the entries are linked properly. For more instructions, see the Notes in the bottom of the page.

List examples

The primary purpose of this feature is to create lists of albums - however, it can be used for other types of lists as well. Every line is separated by delimiters "|" into three parts - Band | Album | Year. The first part should always be present, and can be used for bands, musicians, events or whatever else. The second part should be an album or song name (or left empty). The third part is comments, in darker font - it can be used for year, style, notes or left empty. Delimiters are not necessary if there's nothing behind them (the last example).

As you can see, there are plenty of possibilities. The only thing we ask is that your lists are metal-related. Unrelated lists will be deleted.

Have fun!
