But you're right, and I'm happy that I've spent at least twice as much on indies as on the big games and had a ton of fun with them.

Sandstorm is flat out one of the best FPS games out there. I don't think the content changed much but the gameplay a very good mix of challenge and realism. I really enjoy seeing familiar names time and again on my team

Ah damn yeah that's a bummer. I used to play sandstorm a few years ago but haven't kept up with what's going on with them. Definite shame there

Well right now I'm worried about Insurgency Sandstorm, it used to be an indie but was bought out by this Embracer media group which has ran out of money and shut down the studio...
