Houston Open Air - Lineup Announced

Trick Or Treat - Stream New Song Feat. Tony Kakko

Trick Or Treat have power metal to offer today. The Italians are about to release Rabbits' Hill, Pt. 2 this July 8th via Frontiers Music Srl. The conceptual series of albums are based on Richard Adams' novel "Watership Down." Shining - To Hit The Road With Taake

Black metal fans take note. Shining will hit the road in December along with Norwegian titans Taake as part of a series of live appearances to mark the band's 20th anniversary. Witherscape - Detail New Album

Shortly after announcing the album completion, Witherscape have now unveiled all the details about it. The progressive death metal outfit confirm the worldwide release of their sophomore full-length album The Northern Sanctuary for July 22nd, 2016 via Century Media Records. Summer Slaughter Tour - Lineup Revealed, Cannibal Corpse Headline

The Summer Slaughter Tour is back for another round of brutality. The tour will kick off on July 23rd and run through August 21st. While the exact dates, cities and venues are yet to be announced, the lineup has been unveiled. Cannibal Corpse will be headlining the bill. Nile, After The Burial, Suffocation, Carnifex, Revocation, Krisiun, Slaughter To Prevail and Ingested are the other acts confirmed.

Grave Digger - Entering The Studio

Grave Digger's last collection of all-new material, Return Of The Reaper, was released in July 2014 via Napalm Records. Their latest release, however, was Exhumation - The Early Years, a special 35th anniversary album containing re-recorded versions of the band's classics. Now it's time to release new material. The heavy metal band has announced that they are entering the studio in June to begin recording their new album for an early 2017 release.

Ozzfest And Knotfest - Merging This September

Ozzfest and Knotfest are merging. The two festivals are teaming up for the Ozzfest Meets Knotfest happening this September 24th and 25th in San Bernardino. Saturday's Ozzfest will be headlined by Black Sabbath, marking their last California performance as part of the band's final tour and Sunday's Knotfest bill is topped by the festival's namesake, Slipknot. Ozzy Osbourne and Sharon shared the stage (even though they are divorcing) alongside Corey Taylor to make the announcement at the press conference in Hollywood.
