This year I'm feeling generous (as well as lazy) so I'm throwing literally all of the death metal (new full-length releases) I've heard from 2024 into the list, in alphabetical order by band name with subgenres AND now with your favorite band's fucking country flag. You're welcome.

Didn’t see A Wake In Providence and Eye Eaterbut they were some of my favorites last year! Piah Mater too if you like Opeth. I’ve listened to few of these, there wasn’t alot of Death Metal that got me excited last year, but I’m sure also tons of great ones that I just didn’t catch. Which were your favorites?

Piah Mater I've definitely heard, they must have slipped through the cracks as I was compiling this list. My most listened to ones are Aborted, In Vain and Iotunn. I usually take the art from my no. 1 album for the miniature to be a representative for the given year's quality.
If you haven't heard some of the following I highly recommend diving in: Trog, Noxis, Replicant, Devenial Verdict, Convulsing. Those are accidentally sorted by order of weirdness from least unusual to batshit, more or less haha. Also, since you mentioned A Wake In Providence (whose latest album I've not yet heard) maybe you're into Assemble The Chariots too?

Cool I’ll listen to those! Convulsing and Assemble the Chariots are actually both on my list of albums I need to get to. I’ve heard a lot about them but haven’t gotten around to listening yet.
