But our country list is not a statement of national sovereignty or diplomatic recognition. Bands are not state actors, they are private entities. Which is why we have "international" for bands that don't associate with a country.

Also, k7, Palestine is recognized by 140 states, Israel is recognized by 165. How do you get to say "not a country"?
