So far the big band didn't quite deliver for me though .. Obiruary and Katatonia were good but unsurprising, Insomnium confirmed I'm interested in my favourite band anymore, and In Flames felt boring after 2 listens ..

Ne Obliviscaris was pretty big one too. Elvenking, Swans, Einar Solberg, and Blutengel I’m also pretty excited for, though they’re not quite as big names

2023 is really turning into the big-band year. Ahab, Katatonia, Insomnium, Obituary, Enslaved, In Flames. And soon Metallica, Thy Catafalque, Immortal, The Ocean, Metal Church. And Nile is working on new stuff too!
