Progressive death metallers Black Crown Initiate have introduced the new members of the band. Drummer Jesse Beahler and guitarist Wes Hauch are no longer in Black Crown Initiate but they left on good terms, according to the band. Drummer Samuel Santiago of Gorod fame and guitarist Ethan Mckenna are the new faces who have joined in. The group intends to deliver a new album soon to follow Selves We Cannot Forgive (2016).

However, more bizarre news also arrived today regarding their guitarist Pat O'Brien, who has been in the band since 1997. According to reports, Pat O'Brien was arrested Monday after his Northdale, Florida home caught fire and ammunition exploded, according to multiple reports. O'Brien is currently being held without bail in Hillsborough County Jail, according to police records obtained by the Tampa Bay Times.
