I know you're a huge fan of post, so I'd recommend checking out Kultika. They may as well be a Cult of Luna clone, but it is pretty damn good. The Strange Innerdweller is the name of the album.

Other than stalking said person 24/7, I don't see any other alternatives :[] , although having said that, keeping an eye out ought to be adequate enough, I believe.
