[7.0] - Middle-of-the-road melodeath with occasional sparks of inspiration.

549. After Earth - The Rarity Of Reason
[6.5] - Slightly dry rendition of the Gothenburg sound.

562. Bloodshed Walhalla - Glory To The Sacred Land

564. Orbit Culture - Descent
[6.5] - Frustratingly inconsistent.
565. Downfall Of Gods - Ziemia Obiecana
[6.5] - Has some good riffs popping up, but ultimately found it a bit unengaging, particularly in the mid-tempo riff parts; some of the more death-leaning moments added a slight something.
566. Gruzja - Koniec Wakacji
[6.5] - Curious whether this is a marked shift from their previous work, or if this band in general isn't for me; the punky black metal is OK if nothing that engaging, but then the oddball parts can be quite grating.
567. Besta - Terra Em Desapego
[6.5]
568. Dark Sky - Signs Of The Time
[6.5] - Avantasia/mid-00s Helloween power metal vocals for mid-tempo heavy metal/arena rock.
569. An Autumn - Closure
[6.5] - Super lightweight for a lot of its runtime, but quite pleasant, and the darkness of For Tomorrow adds a nice added dimension.
570. Agriculture - Agriculture
[6.5] - Frantic post-black that goes into full dissonance on Look Pt. 3; it's certainly distinctive, but I just don't really enjoy it that much.

574. Astray Valley - Midnight Sun
[6.5] - Listenable but forgettable metalcore.

[6.5] - Lightweight gothic metal with some nice guitar melodies
577. Tardigrade Inferno - Burn The Circus
[6.5] - Wacky circus metal, just a bit irritating.

579. The Armed - Perfect Saviors
[6.5] - Pretty ehh.
580. Lazarvs - Blackest
[6.5] - Inconsistently shifts between gnarly sludge, tedious groove, left-field AIC-style bits, and some other underwhelming moments.
581. Marduk - Memento Mori
[6.5] - Vocals too loud and guitars too quiet to hear the mediocre riffs properly, haven't heard Marduk much before but if this is representative, it's another 'classic' BM band I don't get the hype over.
582. Skiltron - Bruadarach
[6.5]
583. By Fire And Sword - Glory
[6.5] - Decent USPM with odd vocals.

[6.5]

[6.5] - Started off as decent grindcore but became a bit tiring as it progressed.
590. Winterage - Nekyia
[6.5] - RoF-style symphonic power, similarly cheesy and lacking in memorability behind the bombast.
591. Lycanthrophy - On The Verge Of Apocalypse
[6.5] - Very straight grind; ballistic and unhinged, but not notably so.
592. Grand Cadaver - Deities Of Deathlike Sleep
[6.5] - Stanne-fronted OSDM, nothing really else to add.
593. Subterranean Disposition - Individuation
[6.5] - Eclectic and inconsistent; has some Opethian brooding atmospheres and neater clean stuff, but the spazzy sax parts and some creative missteps hold it back.
594. Lesath - A Beautiful Dream
[6.5] - Pleasant, dreamy but slightly insubstantial blackgaze.
595. Wig Wam - Out Of The Dark
[6.5] - Above-average glam is still glam.
596. Froglord - Sons Of Froglord
[6.5] - Decent hard rock with underwhelming vocals.

[6.5] - Bit higher-energy thrash, but quickly descends into generic flatness after a slightly promising start.
598. Among The Lights - Abandoned
[6.0] - Emphatic drums, some nice tremolo melodies, but generally soporific metalgaze.
599. Ashbringer - We Came Here To Grieve
[6.0] - Inconsistent sound and iffy clean vocal parts.
600. Ronnie Romero - Too Many Lies, Too Many Masters
[6.0] - Good singer, mediocre songs.
601. After Earth - The Rarity Of Reason
[6.0] - I was tempted by a couple of cool riffs on the opening track, but the album as a whole was very forgettable.
602. Nuclear Winter - Seagrave
[6.0] - Cheesy industrial with mediocre sung vocals, but it's an alright listen.
603. Bizarro Locomotiva - Volutabro
[6.0] - Industrial album, starts off very inauspiciously, gets a bit better as it progresses.
604. Kypck - Преступления Против Человечества
[6.0] - Found this a bit boring, like their other work.
605. Riffobia - Riffobia
[6.0] - Full-pelt and aggressive, but somewhat one-dimensional, thrash.
606. Tabahi - Thrash For Justice
[6.0]

[6.0]
608. Genghis Khan - Who Art In Hell

[6.0] - The kind of drone that makes my eyes roll.
612. Electric Six - Turquoise
[6.0]
613. A Dark Halo - Omnibus One
[6.0] - Similar vibe to Mechina, but more simplistic songs and slightly less repetitive sound.
614. Anchutka - Anchutka

615. Ash Prison - Future Torn
[6.0] - Somewhat monotonous industrial with grating vocals.
616. Executioner - Kingdom Of Nocturnal Offerings

617. Beyond God - The Great Divide
[5.5] - Meandering vocal melodies let down what could be a good album.
618. Déhà - Above & Below : Darkness Still Reigns
[5.5] - Bit too vacant for my liking.
619. Kadaverficker - Superkiller (A Musical Journey Between Life And Death)
[5.5] - When a goregrind band starts writing actual songs, they don't need to include the same number of songs on the album, particularly if several of them aren't very good.
620. Acausal Intrusion - Panpsychism
[5.5] - Dissonant/chaotic death or black metal is often hard to fully judge, but even by the genre standards I find this to be very irritating.
621. Polaris - Fatalism
[5.5]
622. Paroxysm Unit - Fragmentation // Stratagem
[5.0] - This is what I was expecting Parosyxmal to be like, and not in a good way.
623. 1476 - In Exile
[5.0] - Folk/indie/post-hardcore isn't necessarily a losing formula, but the vocals are unfortunately grating for me.
624. Cirith Ungol - Dark Parade
[5.0]
625. Yellow Eyes - Master's Murmur
[5.0]
626. Evile - The Unknown
[5.0] - A bizarre misstep into plodding tedium, with a downgrade on the vocal front.

I'm pretty sure to reach that target you'll have to sacrifice all your social time, as well as your sleep, but a huge credit to you for reaching that first six-month target in the first place, that was an astonishing record, that will surely never be beat

Wish I hadn’t looked at this cause now my hopes are even higher for Aion but I still have a week to wait

I can't imagine you'll be disappointed, I'm on my fourth or fifth spin today and it could well get bumped up to a 9, I think it's definitely a step up on the previous album. Plus, it's 80 minutes, so you'll have plenty to dig into when it is released!
